RAPIDEducation Consultants is a subsidiary company of International Education Centre – a language school which was set up in 1998. During the first year there were approximately 400 students and 25 local and native speaking teachers between two departments (English and Playgroup).

Five years later, the school had four department (English, Playgroup, Mandarin and Japanese), a student body of approximately 3,200 students and more than 150 teachers.
     
In 2004, a new IEC school was opened on Jalan Jemadi in Medan to help cope with the increased demand for our services. With a student population of 1,300 students in the current IEC Jemadi School in 2006, IEC was committed to extending his best services and opened another school on Jalan Hayam Wuruk in Medan in April 2007. With three schools in Medan, IEC is one of the biggest language centres in Medan, having 4,000 students, 200 teaching staff and 10 native speaking teachers.

Throughout the years of his service, IEC was exploring the opportunities of catering to parents who needed assistance on secondary schools in Singapore and has managed to send a number of 14 to16-year-old students to study in secondary schools in Singapore. IEC has also managed to organize few education fairs in our center involving language schools and colleges from Singapore.
